Epoxy Domed Stickers

Overview

Doming pours a clear polyurethane resin over a printed insert, where surface tension pulls it into a smooth lens before it cures. The badge ends up looking considerably more expensive than it costs, and the resin layer takes the knocks and UV that would otherwise reach the print. Common on appliance branding, vehicle badges and promotional keyfobs.
