Overview
Every barcode system starts with the label itself. We supply plain stock for you to overprint on your own thermal printer, and pre-printed stock carrying your logo, fixed text and colour panels with the variable barcode left clear. Facestock and adhesive are chosen for where the label actually lives — a chilled store, a dusty rack and an oily component each behave differently. Where there is nothing to stick a label to, the same artwork goes onto punched board tags instead.

Send print-ready artwork as PDF, AI, EPS or CDR with 3 mm bleed and fonts converted to outlines. If you do not have artwork we can set it from your logo and copy. We proof digitally for your approval before any plate or die is cut.

What material is used for Plain & Printed Labels?
Vellum and semi-gloss paper, PP, PET, polyimide, 250–400 gsm board. We specify the material against the job it actually has to do rather than supplying a single default — tell us the application and the conditions it will see, and we will confirm the build.
Which adhesive is used on Plain & Printed Labels?
Permanent, freezer grade, high-tack, removable. The adhesive matters more than most buyers expect: a label that curls off a cold or oily surface is almost always an adhesive specified for the wrong job, not a printing fault.
Can Plain & Printed Labels be made in a custom size or shape?
Yes. Cutting tools are made on our own premises, so a custom die profile is a matter of days rather than a wait on an outside toolmaker. Send the dimensions, a drawing or a sample of the container and we will confirm the tooling and quote it.
What is the minimum order quantity for Plain & Printed Labels?
Quantities are quoted per job rather than fixed, because the economics change with the size, the number of colours and the material. Tell us the run size you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is viable and what it costs.
