We supply thermal transfer and direct thermal printers sized to the job — a desktop unit for a retail counter, an industrial machine for a despatch line running all shift — together with the scanners that read what they print. Buying printer, ribbon and label from one supplier matters more than people expect: most print-quality complaints turn out to be a mismatch between the three rather than a fault in any one of them.
